      2013 March Factor Income Taxation, Growth, and Investment Specific Technological Change This paper constructs a tractable endogenous growth model with production externalities in which the stock of public capital influences investment specific technological change. The externalities appear through both public and private capital labor. The focus of this paper is endogenous growth.

It calls for setting up policy and a national council to drive the agenda.

      2014 June Three Decades of Human Development across Indian States: Inclusive Growth or Perpetual Disparity? The paper observed human development achievements in 28 Indian States over the last three decades and analyzed their influence on growth patterns. The National Human Development Report 2001 methodology has been applied for constructing the Human Development Index, with indices for rural and urban areas in each State calculated separately.

      2014 PJEPA: Strengthening the Foundation for Regional Cooperation and Economic Integration, Vol. II Openness to trade has been a hallmark of Philippine economic policy, and as a result, the country is involved in 15 FTAs, seven of which have already been signed and in effect, two are under negotiation, and six have been proposed. PJEPA, negotiated between 2004 and 2006 and ratified by Congress in 2008, was a milestone in Philippine trade policy. It signaled the Philippines’ commitment to develop its economy within the framework of international trade as well as its willingness to embark upon more binding economic agreements.
